It helped me
I was skeptical to try this but it really did help my anxiety and didn't leave me feeling off, weird, or numb. As a side effect of helping to calm my anxiety it also helped me slow down to think more clearly and without my mind racing with random thoughts. I will 100% be reordering these!

Better sleep!
Better sleep for sure. I normally do not dream but this stuff puts you into deeper sleep with dreams. With the same amount of sleep, I feel even more refreshed. Mood not sure if it has changed much or if it is due to better sleep but I feel more like myself. Will be buying again.

Hoping this product will help. Been taking for a couple weeks and honestly I really haven't noticed too much to say it helps. No side effects at all so maybe I need to give it more time.

This supplement made me sick rather than help me, but I can't say anything but kind things about the customer service. Response was speedy and they refunded my money. Thank you so much, I did not expect that kind of service. This is a wonderful company.

Not the best.
Have to take 3 pills. It does have the necessary ingredients and seems good but I don't want to take 3 huge pills along with my other supplements. He results were also not as effective as my other brand. I'm going back to what I was taking before.
