This hose attachment worked pretty well for me to clean my pool's cartridge filter - a lot faster than my jet stream from my garden hose attachment - and it did a good job - I had a lot of yellow algae to clear out. I like it - I think it does what it says it does, and does it pretty well!

Prongs broke off after a few months of use. Regular hand sprayer attachment did a better job. Would not purchase this item again.

I thought the comb-tine-like noozles would really git in those filter folds and blast that junk out. eh, I guess. The filter veins are tightly spaced and you really have to take your time getting the tines in each and every crevasse. (Shout-out to spell check) and I don't have that kind of time. Rather be swimmin'. However, I have taken to using it in a style like with my previous filter cleaner. I would hold it against the filter surface and wiggle it back and forth while moving it down the filter. The other one I picked up at Leslie's. No tines but had multiple jets on a curved surface. I'm sure you have seen them while searching. How this cleaner beats the previous is the tines allow you to see where the jets are going and if you maybe missed a few folds. Plus I seem to be getting less soaked than the other style. The tines do have a slight angle to the tips and if you get that angle just right, cuts down on the splashback considerably. It's single jet is fairly powerful too. 4 stars because the strength of material is less than I hoped and the dial to change the spray pattern has the water shut off in the middle position. Seems odd. I had trouble remembering and would whip that switch to the opposite side and find it still spraying. B+ grade.

This works just as described and is perfect to have attached to outside hose for cleaning a spa filter!

It started leaking around the base of the multiple finger. Cheap or inappropriate materials for a water hose nozzle. Unfortunately it occurred just after the return policy expired. If I had used it daily it might have lasted three weeks but limited usage only show poor quality.

I used this to clean a CX750 RE and was not impressed. Maybe it's my technique but I had better luck with a brass twist nozzle.

I delayed buying this thing for 2 years because of the reviews. Just buy it. It works perfect and saves you time. Particularly in the winter.
