Comfortable and affordable
These weights fit perfectly and comfortably in my hands. The ankle weights are not bulky at all. I wear them often an even forget I have them on. They are made extremely well. The stitching is wonderful and there hasn't been any leakage at all. These are at a great price point that fit well in my budget.

Easy and effective
I use these to continue my PT at home after a knee injury. They are easy to apply. The work well and do not take up a lot a room in storage. I also like the sand (?) filing. I is flexible so it bends around my ankle well. The only caution I offer is that these fit a larger ankle. I am a 6'1" athletic woman. If I were shorter, they might not work. Kook for the size, before you purchase.

Easy to put on and comfortable!!
These are exactly what I was looking for! Easy to put on and comfortable.. just be sure to turn it so the velcro end is away from you or you might get scratched. I'm a 5'10" woman with 8" ankles and 6 1/2 inch wrists... Any smaller and you might have difficulty tightening these enough. I've only had these for a couple months and only wear for a few minutes a couple times a week during specific exercises.. so far holding up good, no leaks or rips. I am careful with undoing the velcro strap as I figure that's what causes the most pull/tension that could lead to rips and leaks. Over all a good product and yes I would buy again!

Just right for beginners
These one pound weights are great for seniors to start building leg strength. The Velcro holds really good and material is soft. The straps are adjustable and fit well.

Aesthetically, pleasing and comfortable
I love these! I wear them every morning while I’m getting ready as well as when I’m working out and I can feel the little extra burn in my arms. These are for the price they’re very sturdy and comfortable. The Velcro is easy to come on and off when needed, but stays on while you’re working out. I highly recommend these especially the color is so pretty! It makes working out a little bit more fun
