Why did you pick this product vs others?:As everyone said it is fragile but it delivers what is intended. Very nice cleaning without any liquid or harsh chemicals. I'm Ok to buy once again in case if it gets damaged. They should increase the quality to be number one in the market

Flimsy and poor quality product. Too short in height even after adjusting the second rod. Fit for only 5 feet people, not one inch more.2 star for the hard bristle but the rod's quality is so poor that I am afraid, if I put pressure it will break...but then how can you do delicate cleaning in a bathroom??

The handle is not good.It comes with 2 SS pipe that we have to attach.Initially it fitted well but after first use itself the pipe came off . Its weightless and easy to use. But as the pipe is not fitting well I have to use it like a short brush now.
