The device does work, but not exactly as described. It is marketed as a 4-level indicator, but it shows three levels plus an overflow alert. Here’s how it functions: Indicator Colors: - G (Green), B (Blue), Y (Yellow), R (Red) Actual Working: - All GBYR submerged → Green indicator → Indicates a potential overflow and triggers an alarm. - BYR submerged → Blue indicator → Water level is between 99% and 75%. - YR submerged → Yellow indicator → Water level is between 75% and 50%. - Only R submerged → Red indicator → Water level is between 50% and 25%, and it triggers an alarm at 49%. I was expecting to ring the reserve level alarm at 25%. It does not make sense to call 49% full as a reserve. To suit my needs, I’ve adjusted the sensor placement: - Green at 100%, Blue at 70%, Yellow at 30%, and Red at 5%. - This way, the red indicator practically remains dipped at all times, ensuring that the low-level alert only triggers when the water level drops below 30%. However, this is a minor deviation from expectations, the device performs well overall. Another potential concern is the pricing, though it can be justified given the minimal installation, maintenance, and operational costs. The real test will be whether the claimed one-year battery life holds. Also, don’t forget to activate the warranty by sending the provided code to the given number. I had to use it myself after receiving a faulty charger. Their support team identified the issue within 48 hours, and I received a replacement charger in another 2–3 days. Overall, the after-sales service is satisfactory.

Great product it's installation is easy and simple. It shows the levels of water perfectly. It requires only three cells for energy and it longs. It's sound can be improved. It also shows the if there is any problem in it or the wire disconnected. I am telling this after using it for 6 months

The human voice alert is loud and clear, making it easy to hear even from another room. The brass sensors are of great quality — sturdy, rust-free, and highly responsive. The build quality feels very solid, and I appreciate that it’s shock-proof and magnetically isolated, which adds an extra layer of safety. Installation was simple and quick — plug and play. It works flawlessly every time the tank reaches the full level, preventing any overflow and water wastage.

This is a very good product—both in terms of quality and performance for its intended use. At this price point, it is the best option available. Other products do not offer such good quality, and this one is currently working very well. Based on its build quality, it also feels durable and long-lasting. Pros:- I am writing the review after using almost 1.5 month. I have purchased 3 level indicater version. First installation- Installation was very easy, you don't need any electrician, you can do it by youself. Second accuracy- Indications are accurate and works good. Third battery backup- I have used it just 1.5 months,and mostly i turn it off and turn on only when i need,So can't comment on battery backup right now. Cons:- 1.As i have used it for very less time,i haven't noticed any con right now,i will update about it later in long term review. 2. Warrenty is kind of gimick. It is mentioned that warrenty is 1 year,but actually it is just 6 months. They say that they provide additional 6 month warrenty after giving 5 star rating. So consider it only 6 month. 3.Warrenty terms and condition clearly states that customer has to bear the burden of courier charges while sending to service center or recieving from the service.So customer has to pay both ways courier charges in order claim warrenty. 4.Customer care is very arrogant, they never address any of your complaint,instead misbehave with you. Final verdict:- Yes,you can go for the product,products works as mentioned.But consider it as a no warrenty product.Because first it is just 6 months,second courier charges of two ways may cost you more than the product cost.
