Works well, very quiet compared to similar sharpeners, gives a nice sharp edges on most kitchen knives. The only negative I have is for larger knives the left hand course slot has restricted access. Fortunately the medium wheels restores dull knives just fine.

Sharpens my knives to tiptop condition. My wife is happy. She said it’s easier to use than the last one I had.

This seems like a good sharpener, but is very poorly designed! You can not fit anything bigger than a steak knife into the first slot on the left and the last slot on the right. If you try to get a larger knifes into either side of the sharpener it will hit the housing and won't rest down into the grove (guide). Therefore you have to turn the knife more upright to run the blade through the sharpener defeating the whole idea of the guide and having to roll the knife over putting a rounded bevel on the blade .

Just received. Sharpened all my knives. What a joy to use. Knives are razor sharp and clean. Very well made tool and very quiet. Hope it works this well for a very long time. Have not checked for new diamond wheel availability yet .

I found this electric knife sharpener to be easy to use. After a bit of practice, the results are great. My conventionally straight-edged knives are now very sharp. I was uncertain what the results would be with serrated knives but I had several which were very dull and if they couldn't be sharpened or were ruined with the sharpener I was going to get rid of them anyway. While the knife sharpener did somewhat smooth down the serrated edge of the knives they are now very sharp and I will definitely keep and use them.

This product wasn’t cheap by any stretch but has seemed to do a good job with the knives I’ve needed to sharpen so far.

This product works well and brings your knife edge back to new or better. Standard household knives will fit well. If you have a larger body handle or a thicker blade it will not fit in the first cutting slot. That was my main intension for buying this but as the reviews did say watch out for this. I tried it anyways and kept it because it does do a nice job for all our other kitchen knives. All they needed to do was have the left side recessed back another inch or two and this thing would of fit so many more style knives.
