Keep your pet safe & seen in the dark with these Hi-Viz flashing collar tags. Quickly attach to your pets collar with built in flashing LED's that are visible for up to 1/2 mileHow to use: 1. Unscrew barrel of light and remove the plastic spacer which prevents battery use whilst in transit. 2. Screw 2 halves together until light operates, then tighten a little further (finger tight) to prevent light unscrewing itself and becoming lost. 3. Attach to your pet's collar and enjoy the added visibility at night. 4. To turn off, unscrew until light turns off, then remove from pet to prevent light unscrewing itself and becoming lost.

Great idea poor quality
Great idea, poor manufacture. This is the third time Ive replaced these LED tags. When they work they are great! I can see my two dogs accross five football pitches in total darkness. As with the previous lights the lower threaded part came undone leaving a useless part hanging from the dogs collar despite me making every effort to make sure they were screwed on tight. The brittle alloy sping clips broke as did the previous ones. The remaining working light I have is now attached to the collar or harness by a traditional wire key ring. These are cheap throw away items but I really wish someone would make a good quality version. I for one would be prepared to pay 2,3 times the price for a more robust item. When they work they are excellent but just too unreliable!

Very bright and ideal for purpose
Bought to replace a previous order where we had lost one of the lights. Very simple to attach and are very bright. Be carefully adjusting the thread to light them up as if done to far the cylinder can come loose and fall off when walking.Loses a star because the plastic sleeve in one of them, supposedly there to stop the battery running down before opening, did not fit properly and so the batteries had been drained before the package was even opened.

really bad
Awful does not describe these. Build quality is diabolical, design flaws stupendous. Any batteries you put in will go flat because you can't turn them off. Even if you unscrew the top. Gravity on the batteries is enough to still make the light up. Even when lit up they would go dim or just turn off. Only used once and binned. Total waste of money that I do not recommend. Would give less than 1 star if I could.

Dangerous
I have repeatedly tried to use these but every time, the battery compartment unscrews and falls adrift from the chain. I have not always found the little batteries and worry that my pet could have eaten them.As the torch is switched on by tightening the thread - and has to be loosened a half turn (plus some!) to switch it off it is IMPOSSIBLE to secure the battery / torch together properly when not flashing. I think the risk of pets finding the parts and eating the batteries and other small parts is too dangerous to risk using this so cannot recommend buying it, sorry.

They certainly are BRIGHT!!
These are really super bright, I love it!. Can see my dog running through the trees from quite a way off. It doesn't seem to bother him either. Easy to twist and attach to collar. Well worth the money I would say. It would be five stars but the way of turning it off by loosening it so the batteries disconnect is not ideal and I am paranoid about loosing parts. Each light came in a sealed pack with three batteries in the light and three spare batteries. This seller has decided to offer spare spare batteries but they are not the correct ones for this light, so bit of a waste of time!

Great device
These are great cheap devices, very bright to ensure you can track your dog. The idea is you put them on when you need to use them and take them off when you don't. You can't expect a product like this to have an on/off switch. If after all the reviews you loose the bottom part because you failed to take it off after use, it seems to me you only have yourselves to blame.

collar tag
These are great, I have two dogs and can keep track of them now the nights are darker. Initially there is a lot of light comes from these, but the batteries soon wear down. 3 batteries in each light. I take them on and off the collars because to stop the light you do have to unscrew the battery compartment. I still think they are worth the effort because they can be seen from the other side of the field while out walking at night. These flash quite rapid and would not be any good for someone with epilepsy.
