These pill organizers are very nice and well made. Lots of room. May be difficult to open with arthritis or other hand problems.

Comically massive - perfect for my dog’s huge pills! See the the photo with the match box for perspective. I call it my mini-piano!It seals securely for travel, is large enough for easy pill removal, and provides visibility into contents. It’s not easy to open, but the raised edge makes much easier to grip. It’s very sturdy, but the labels are starting to wear a bit.

Perfect size for sorting your medicine and vitamins. The organizer is easy to use, the closures stay closed and are easy to open. This will travel well because of the quality and attention to detail with the snap closures.

I love the design of this pill case, it's perfect to organize my dog's medication which he needs to take 2x per day. Each individual section is spacious and can hold a lot of pills. It feels sturdy, good quality. Sometimes, it's kind of difficult to open a particular compartment, like it feels like the lid is kind of stuck for a second. But I always eventually get it. I have dropped this case twice, and both times had most of the pills all fall out. Still, overall a great pill case to organize and keep track of 2x/day pills.UPDATEAfter 6 months of daily use, I noticed that the text on some of the compartments has started to wear off. This is not an issue for, me though. It'd be easy to fix with some masking tape and a Sharpie, but if it's important for you to have the day of the week clearly printed on the pill case, this could be an issue.

Fails like none other I have ever owned before and I have owned a lot of these in the past 30 years. I have bought some from Walgreen's, Walmart, Target, K-mart, I've been everywhere man 🎶 🎵... and so Johnny Cash sings.But anyway this "ain't" the one!This one fell apart way too soon. End of story. I can't support. In the pics is my fix for now until I go back to my usual pill box, which usually lasts a year, instead of 3 weeks. This was pretty bad at its best of terms I can rate it. Size or storage capacity is pretty small and I think this is the bigger one. Build quality seemed adequate at first but then after each of the first couple of uses it just keeps deteriorating at the hinge points. Functionality is limited if you have a few health conditions and the doctors really have latched on to you. Then this is a pass, if so just go on to a larger size and brand as Amazon doesn't have that option, like for arthritis you usually have a lot of pills or more than one health condition or for vitamin and mineral supplementation. But at that point you might need a four time per day pill box also. Ease of use is ok for most but they are hard to open at first too, so be aware of that too, again for arthritic or even MS or Parkinsons, etc. Sorry to go on and on.It looked and felt like a solid case that immediately upon first check I would have rated highly, if it weren't for those hinges I would have rated perfectly.Thank you for reading and I hope it works better for you if you try it,Erin V :-)

Big to handle AM and PM meds. Easy to load severalpills/capsules.Not too big to pack. Quality is very good, thicker plastic. I also purchased the same one in clear and blue. Easier to with the blue than the clear and black. Lock/open are both easy. No pill splitting but you could. Design is handy.

Really great product. I have had cases in the past that did not latch well, but this one is very secure. I take about 12 pills a day, so the capacity for the pills is great. It has really helped me when it comes to taking my meds regularly and not forgetting what I took. Super easy to use and not hard for people with arthritis or joint pain.

I needed a smaller pill organizer with sections for morning and evening pills, and I ordered the Amazon Basic Care (7-Day) AM/PM Pill Organizer based on price (this organizer was under $4) and my mostly good items I've gotten from Amazon Basics.This is smaller than a regular full-sized organizer, which was what I wanted. It has room for two rows of seven pills (one row for morning and one for evening),had it had no smells, it was clean and undamaged, and that's what I expected for just under $4. My vitamins fit in it fine. There are only a few potential c;aveats. First, the covers for these can be very difficult to flip open, so those with weak fingers could have trouble. Second, this is a small organizer, so keep that in mind. And last, keep in mind this is a small pill organizer. If you're looking for something a pill organizer that is both inexpensive and compact, this is one to consider. It's definitely working out for me.
