Expensive. Very different. Very nice, but an acquired taste if you've not had it before.
The media could not be loaded. I didn't really know how best to get across to you my family and my thoughts about this Manuka honey, so I put it all in a video - that way, you also get to see the consistency, colour etc. of the honey. So this is a video review. Pretty much everything else about the honey (the MGO/UMF values, country of origin etc.) you can already see in the listing. It's like nothing I've reviewed before! Hope you enjoy the video review.

Thick, sweet manuka honey, some might find it a little bit pricey though.
I've been a regular consumer of manuka honey for its various health benefits, and I've often purchased it from a well-known high street pharmacy. This particular honey from Me Today not only lives up to my expectations but also offers some extra perks. The first thing I noticed was the familiar, rich flavour that I've come to love in high-quality manuka honey. It's thick, slightly grainy, and wonderfully sweet – just the way I like it. I usually add a spoonful of it to my morning tea, along with a slice of lemon and a hint of ginger. This combination not only makes for a soothing and delicious drink but also gives my day a healthy kickstart. Now, I must admit, the price of Me Today's UMF 15+ Manuka Honey, at £37 for a 250g bottle, is a little bit pricey. However, there are other honey choices for you to try and choose from, if budget is a concern.Overall, Me Today's UMF 15+ Raw Manuka Honey is a delicious, high-quality option for anyone looking to enjoy the benefits of manuka honey. While it may be on the expensive side, it's worth considering for its remarkable taste and potential health benefits.

My yummy breakfast essential
This dark amber honey is a superfood all on its own, full of anti-microbial and antibacterial properties. If you want to know more about Manuka Honeys health benefits go onto the web and research the two numbers that appear above and it will explain what both mean. I did a review that explained what the numbers mean but it got rejected, possibly too scientific ... who knows.I have the same breakfast every single morning and basically this bowl of berries, greek 5% fat youghurt and honey keep my blood sugars up, give me all the vitamins and three of my five and day and the youghurt gives me the calcium I need, basically the whole bowl including the honey gives me a massive boast to my immune system with all its health benefits.Honey really is a very good food to add to your diet and manuka honey is the queen/bees knees of honeys (lol couldn't resist a little play on words). I only started this breakfast at the beginning of this Summer and despite the size I no longer snack in the mornings, this has allowed me to lose about 8 pounds which for someone who struggles to lose weight is brilliant.I have done a lot of research since I ordered my first pot of Manuka honey and it is now on my shopping list permanently!

Expensive - but fabby
I'm just recovering from a heavy cold. I've been using this honey - dissolved into warm water with a dash of lemon juice - to soothe my sore throat. It's a far more pleasant experience than typical throat sweets and worked a treat. I'm not an expert in such things, but this could be a result of the stated MGO of 512+ - which is a higher rating than most manuka honey products. That said, I have also been doing the same with a lower-rated (and slightly cheaper) manuka honey from the same company, with an MGO of 404+ and this seemed equally effective at soothing my throat. In terms of taste, it's very sweet but more complex than many 'normal' honeys. It is thicker than runny honey but not as thick as set honey. In my world I consider this a rather posh product! So, expensive - yes. Versatile, also yes.

Amazing taste.
I won't repeat the details given in the listing other than to say it claims to have high levels of UMF and MGO which are said to have various health and antibacterial properties. The honey is produced in New Zealand and is supplied in a double sealed dark plastic tub.The texture of the honey in somewhere between runny and set honey, it looks and to some extent taste like toffee. I've been eating a teaspoon a day straight off the spoon and it's very nice having a lovely silky mouth feel and toffee like sweetness, it's easily the nicest honey I've ever eaten. So is it worth the £30 a jar price tag? In all honesty I have no idea. Clearly it's not worth that much just based on the taste and it's too early for me to say if I can agree with any health benefits but if you are looking for this type of honey it's very good.

Amazing taste and properties
I've recently been taking a daily spoon of 5+ Manuka honey to help fight off a cold that I've had and it really does seem to help. It's also settled my tickly throat. This 15+ UMF honey takes things to the next level. The taste is amazing and it has a very distinct Manuka flavour to it.The appearance is a nice golden colour, with a fairly firm and smooth texture. It's the healing properties that are the greatest with this, the 15+ UMF rating promising one of the best levels of healing for Manuka, thus justifying the price. The flavour is really rich and distinctly Manuka. There really is no other honey that tastes like this. With the UMF rating on the jar, along with the official logo, you know that you're getting a grnuine, quality product.Definitely well recommended and a top quality honey.

Good quality and tasting, but expensive
I have used many different brands of Manuka honey over the years. This one is really tasty, but still can't get over the price for such a small jar.If you like semi set honey you will love this. It is so easy to get a tea spoon of it out of the jar. I usually either have it on ice cream, yogurt, added to a hot drink (great in the winter) or just on its own. It's great for sore throats. You only need a small amount to get the full flavour, and it's definitely something I only give to people I like! :)
