I like this stuff, pretty good! That is why I have this on auto ship. Easy to swallow and no smell or after taste. I have been taking this supplement for more than couple of months now and I can say that I made progress and I feel great 👍🏻 it wasn’t quite fast as I had hoped so but give it some time and consistency plus self-control with your diet and a little bit of exercise it will work. I recommend this product.

I purchased these in hopes it would help with the thinning of my hair. Since covid, I have had a loss in hair and volume. I will say, do not expect immediate results. It took probably 2 months before I noticed a difference. I now see less hair loss and I have noticeably fuller hair.

Been taking for a month not sure if fat burner is a fact. Had breakouts in my face the e tire time. Stopped for a week breakouts fine. Maybe just not for my skin type. Age 64

It makes me hot and sweaty

Not a bad product so far. It kicks in fast after taking it. It is thermogenic, so you definitely sweat! Beware though, it does clear you out! I spent a lot of time in the bathroom at first. The biggest side effect was the stomach ache/pain. Works well at suppressing the appetite as well. My stomach even after a few days is a lot flatter.
