My Dad has a hard time lifting his arms to wash his back. This was the perfect brush for him. The handle is long enough for him to wash his back and other body parts. Bristles are very soft and holds soap perfectly. Very nice brush. Highly recommend it!

it does what a back scrubber is supposed to do

I recently decided I was not getting my back as clean as I could, so it was off to the Amazon races looking for something to help out in the shower. I wanted something made of silicone, because I find silicone scrubbies work great on the rest of me -- effective, durable and dishwasher-safe. I read several reviews saying the bristles are too soft to exfoliate. Only think I can figure is they weren't using the right side for the exfoliation properties. The back side has short, firm bristles which do the exfoliation. The side with the long soft bristles is your gentle scrub side. Very happy with this and it's much easier to rinse out properly than even the nylon bristle back scrubbers.

Way to soft

Got this back scrubber for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! I’ve tried it myself and it works as described. Very happy with this purchase.

Update: its better as a lotion applicator....as far as shower scrub brush...I'd say not good...the regular scrub side bristle could be a little sturdier. It's way too overpriced though. I only purchased because it was the only one I could find with a longer handle. I purchased a towel mitton from target, slid it over the bristles and use it that way, it's much better and I feel like my back is actually getting a good scrub that way. The mitton is washable so I just toss in in the laundry when I'm doing towels.

Bristles started falling out after the 2nd use… not happy for the price that it cost
