I use this everytime I get a headache and shoulder cramps. It helps so much! I was able to use it about 6 times after I received it without charging. I’d say the battery life lasts a good amount. It is a bit heavy but effective. The pressure can be intense, you’ll understand when you try it. The cycle lasts 15 minutes before you have to turn it on again but it usually hits the spot where 15 minutes would be enough.

Works great massaging stiff muscles and helps neck issues. Using this product is like having a deep tissue massage depending on how much pressure you apply to product.One dislike is the control is hard to see and operate because it is located so high on strap. I need to remove it to make adjustments and put back on where needed.

update: necktek has sent a replacement and it works great. hoping the battery will last longer than the last one, but so far i’m very happy with it.——————————i really wanted to love this product but the battery life is so dismal after about 3 months. after 3 months we couldn’t use the heat setting anymore because it would make the battery die faster. now, less than a year in, we can use it for about 10 min before the battery dies and has to be recharged, and that’s without the heat on. very disappointing. again, i really loved this for the first month or two but the quality just isn’t lasting.

Exactly what I need for my in between chiro weeks. However do not do what I did… laid on it too long and was in the worse pain ever! I was crawling, literally, to get out of bed for using it too long. Use it for no more than 20 minutes at a time.

The reviews were awesome on this neck massager, but because i have osteoarthritis in my neck and shoulder, this made my pain worse! I used it less than 5 min and had to stop ! It is in the process of being returned, ! It has a lot of power ,but too much for arthritis!

I was hoping that because this model is light that maybe it would’ve a good fit for me, a petite female. However it has a hard piece of plastic at the top of the massager that keeps me from positioning this in such a way that is gets the tops of my shoulders or between shoulder blades. Otherwise the mechanics are good, the heat is good temp, it’s strong and good controls to customize.*I am updating review after being contacted by Nekteck. They reached out to me and offered a replacement unit to see if I'd like it better. I would say the success of this unit depends on how it fits your body. It's a great unit, very well made and the heat is better than most! Again for some reason the body mechanics doesn't mesh with my shoulders, but I"m pretty small and that could be why. However what I love about this unit is that I can use it on other areas of my body like legs and lower back due to the way the velcro and straps are designed. This is a really great feature and their customer service is top notch. I'd definitely take a chance that this fits your body better than mine because if it does, this is an excellent product.

Love this! Great power definitely helps with stiff muscles. I use it down my whole back and lower back as well. I would highly recommend.
