I absolutely love my TCL 75C745K 75" TV! The colour reproduction is amazing, with deep, vibrant tones that make everything look incredibly lifelike. Whether I’m streaming films or browsing apps, the picture quality is outstanding.The TV offers plenty of storage space, so I can install all my favourite apps without any issues. Kodi runs perfectly – smooth and hassle-free. Being a Google TV, it’s smarter and more intuitive than standard Android TVs. The Google Assistant integration is a standout feature, making voice commands quick and accurate. Plus, it’s great at pulling together content across apps, so finding something to watch is effortless.The operating system is clean, fast, and incredibly user-friendly. Bought this in November 2024. Decided to wait until now to leave a review, instead of rushing one. At the price point, it performs well and I think is worth the cost.However, I can only give it 4-stars as there is a bug where the volume will go off (not mute) and the volume controls on the controller stop working so you have to turn it on and off again. It doesn't happen all the time - started happening around 3 months after purchase and happens about once a week. Tends to be if it has been on for and extended period.Solid TV though!

Receive this item all battered box ripped they had attempted to cover the holes with white stickers arranged for to be sent back nobody came or left anything in the door trying again to return it it's not made easy as for the tv it's got a kind of it's own turns it self off when your watching it

Only been few months since I bought this tv and already regret it. It's very slow and sometimes won't even turn off when you press the button. Batteries in the remote is fine, already made sure of that. Tv keep getting stuck on a channel. Really annoyed with it now. Waste of money

Like the dramatic title, I bought this Roku TV from TCL with a lot of excitement and hope. The package arrived with no issues, delivered by DPD and needed two people to carry it inside because of it being a 65inch TV comes in a huge box. The first time I tuned the TV on I didn't notice anything, infact mesmerized by the size and picture quality of the TV, I went straight to YouTube after setting up everything to watch an OLED demo video to see how bright the TV is and to see the HDR quality it said in paper, it will detect between HDR and HDR 10+ depending on the input given, also supports Dolby audio if connected with a compatible sound bar, back to the topic as I kept watching HDR content when the image goes bright in a black background there appeared to be a white dot on the right side bezel of the TV, it didn't interfere with the picture or the performance so I ignored it because it didn't really bother me initially, but every time the picture goes black or dark on the particular area the white dot is more prominent and visible, which started to bother me over time, so contacted Amazon support straightaway, and explained, which turned out to be that this exact model I got was defective and they offered me a free return for refund, I wanted to replace the TV with the same model but apparently I'll have to buy it again which I didn't had the patience, so I told them let me keep this until I change my mind, It's a mess anyway to put the TV back in the box ( lazy me)A month later when I turned the TV on as usual I could see a slight flickering on the same side where the white dot appeared and the next day was devastating because it completely shut down, no picture was visible but the TV is working in the background because I could hear the input sounds I tried restarting the TV manually, plugged it off/on , everything I could do myself to realise that it finally gave up on me. Yes it is a bit dramatic but this was special for me because of it was my first ever purchase yet it didn't last much.Thankfully the return period wasn't over and Immediately applied for a refund/return. I decided I'm not buying the same one for obvious reasons. (I'm traumatized maybe)I was happy while I had this TV, had hiccups like it doesn't screen cast sometimes, gets freeze while playing HDR content on YouTube but it will play smoothly on the second try? not getting regular software updates, (better to get a streaming device anyway) UI is decently fast and responsive, easy to navigate through the settings and loads of apps to choose from the app store in the TV. Did I mention it's a Roku TV so you can use the phone as remote, connect headphones to the TV wireless with the remote in your phone, that's 3 devices already ! Works with Alexa too.If my device wasn't a defective one I would have defenitly kept it till I upgrade because this has/had everything I was looking for, not lucky enoughto keep it I guess.Thanks for reading x
