Dementia Must
Purchased for mother with dementia. I believe the bent design not only helps with wrist movements, but the odd shape gets my mother to concentrate on the spoon more than a traditional spoon. It would be nice if spoon had a deeper curvature.

Works great and ADULT size
Bought for a neighbor who needed something to feed herself while in dual hand casts. All other spoons I saw were for toddlers and didn't hold enough food. Decent price. She loves soup and this gave her the independence she needed!

Best we’ve tried
My elderly mother finds it easier to hold an adapted spoon. This spoon head is a good shape and size.

Too large for small hands
Too large and heavy for Mom’s hands. I looked around and purchased a toddler’s spoon which had a soft grip handle which works much better for her small hands.

Adaptive spoon.
This spoon really helps when people have fine motor problems and need a bigger handle. The bowl of the spoon is bigger and the curve really helps. It has an easy grip handle and the weight is good.

THE SPOON
Although my 100 y.o mother passed away in October 1, 2024, my mother enjoyed this type spoon. She did very well in using it better than the normal. It’s good to have and hold.
