This dash cam is a gem of a deal. Front and back cameras that have great exposure and resolution. You can't beat the price for what you get. Comes with a tool to make the job easier when running the power and rear camera cables and includes a memory card too. This provides added peace of mind when driving, knowing I have video evidence of what the knucklehead did.Note: I also purchased the polarizer that attaches to the camera. Helps minimize dash reflections on windshield. There is also an optional power connection kit you can get to connect the camera to the fuse box for continual power if want to monitor your car while parked. Decided I don't need this for my circumstance, but can always be added later.

This filter can be easy to overlook when purchasing your camera, but don't overlook it. It will remove the glare from your windshield. You put this filter on your camera, then mount the camera as you wish. Then, turn on the camera and twist this filter while looking at the screen. You will notice the glare go away and come back, so find the best position to eliminate the glare. It makes a difference. 5 stars and make the look of your videos nice and crisp.

If you take the time to set it up per the instructions, it works pretty well. Definately reduced the glare.

Been using this for a few weeks now. Super easy to navigate, easy set up. The video quality is alright if you download it to the phone, but on a computer it’s much more clear.

I definitely recommend using this filter. I compared my videos from the dashcam with and without the filter installed and it definitely makes a difference. The filter can be turned to get the optimal clarity. The manufacturer recommends placing a white piece of paper on the dashboard, then turn the filter until the reflection can no longer be seen in the windshield. That trick worked great and the results make me happy I purchased the filter

This filter for the ROVE dash camera really helped cut the glare from the sun. It fit perfectly on the dash camera.
