Shea Butter Soap for Dry Skin, Organic Handcrafted Soap, Cold Processed, 1x90g

This review is for the unfragranced Karite Shea Butter soap. It is the best soap I have ever used by far, and I have tried so many. It is profoundly non-irritating, really moisturising, leaves the skin feeling extremely clean but also extremely soft and comfortable. No residue. Just a top product. Please try it - I was unsure due to the cost but am so glad I tried it. I wish they would offer 6-packs of this particular soap with large cost savings. The ingredients are: Sodium Shea Butterate**, Sodium Cocoate**, Sodium Olivate**, Aqua, Glycerin**, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter*, Cocos Nucifera Oil*, Olea Europaea Fruit Oil*.Edit: They won't let me add a second review for a different soap from this range, so I'll add it here. Took a chance on the "Almond & Calendula" soap - absolutely love it, very moisturising but cleans perfectly and thoroughly leaving no film on skin at all. The scent is an extremely mild lemony scent which I love because it's enough to enjoy but does not irritate at all and does not stick on the skin or perfume the skin. This soap has tiny bits in but they are very soft and not noticable at all when you use it - no scratching - and come off naturally with the soap rather than being left on the soap itself. Looking forward to trying other mild scented bars in this range now.

Smells lovely, but why so expensive? I suppose it must be the unicorn horn oil that they use.

Environmentally friendly and cruelty free(vegan). I am very pleased that this soap is not just vegan but also free from harmful chemicals. What really made me so pleased was the absence of plastic wrapping and that the packaging is biodegradable right down to the ink and glued used.Most buyers may complain about the lack of overpowering smell but for those who are allergic to strong smell, or artificial smell this soap is a dream come true.No-palm oil used is also great. I will not be supporting the slaughter of the Orangutangs while I wash my skin with this soap.The formulation of this product is impressive. I normally get irritation from bar soaps but this soap did not make my palm itch or cause dryness after washing my face. Very easy to rinse too.Most buyers will find this product a bit on the pricey side but for health conscious, vegan, eco-aware consumers, the price is justified.I can't seem to find anything to improve about this product even before I used it, I was already impressed about the presentation. Only the price tag is my gripe.A bit on the pricey side but is well worth the quality and the benefits to the planet and health of the user.

This small bar of soap is fairly expensive it will last a decent time and lathers up well however I picked this out for its scent which is in reality does not live up to the advertising .I won't buy it again .

I’m a first time buyer of soaps. I read all the reviews on every one I looked at and this brand sounded the best one and I was surprised at the price which is very reasonable considering how much some of the other soaps were. It came a day early, it came in a envelope box and the package the soap was in is very pretty, it would make a good Christmas present. The smell is very long lasting. I find that the other soaps I’ve tried, they don’t keep the smell on your skin like this one does. I will certainly be buying some more and for Christmas presents as well
