I have been taking Biolaynes recovery for months. I see a lot of negative reviews because of taste, mix-ability, and that it’s not a gummy. Personally the flavor is great, the mix-ability is irrelevant to the quality and results of the supplement, and no where on the label does it say it’s a gummy. The nutrition label says scoop so one might assume it’s powder.Now the recovery itself is amazing. I take it daily and even add a dash bit more of Creatine and electrolytes because I’m 225lbs and one could argue I need a bit more. I take it closer to bedtime but always post workout. I feel relaxed, ready for great sleep, less sore in the morning, and ready to train the next day.I’ve listened to Layne on a number of podcasts, videos, and have even run into him at the gym a couple of times. He’s highly educated and doesn’t care for BS, someone who cares about his customers and values data driven performance. He’s not only a guy you can trust but a brand you can believe in and support. I know what I’m getting when I buy outwork nutrition and I know it’s backed by data, science, and it’s worth every penny. Outwork nutrition is a company that has earned my trust, kept my trust, and I will continue to support it.If the price point is to high for you then go buy some knock off recovery where it’s blended with BCAA’s that do nothing for you. Personally if there is one supplement I have to have it’s this one.

I have tried almost all of the flavors of Outwork's Recovery product, and they're all good. My favorites are Gummy Bear Burst and Iced Tea, but I think Iced Tea is my new favorite! The quality of the ingredients can't be beat, and I love knowing that I am getting purchasing from a company that I can trust.

Don't listen to other reviews saying this doesn't mix well. I have a shake bottle and I have yet to find any that didn't mix in completely. Tastes great too

One of my favorite products from Outwork! The green apple is definitely my favorite flavor! Awesome ingredients that support my recovery from intense training sessions. You can't go wrong with Outwork Nutrition!

Very small amount of product for the money. When mixed with water, you can barely taste it. Tried it as an alternative to Endurox R4. Not worth it. Won't purchase again.

I think the ingredients are fine, but.I dislike that it has artificial sweeteners and the taste. I really would like a tasteless product or at least, not this sweet. I woukd continue buying it if there was an option with sweeteners.

I definetely sae a difference, both in gains and recovery when using this. It is a little expensive compared to some other products, but it works.
