Excellent item and service
Item arrived but due to missing part, had to speak with Chelsea in customer services. They promptly sent a replacement which was great and the lanyard works well and worth the money. Very pleased with my purchase.

Effectiveness depends on the type of case used.
This lanyard offers a clever and effective solution to make sure the phone is not dropped whilst taking photos. It is also some help against a phone being snatched. My problem with is that I use a folding type of phone case which has slots to keep credit cards, driving licence etc. With this lanyard, the phone hangs upside down which makes it likely that the cards will fall out.

Great phone straps
Great anti theft straps for mobile phone.Use it on our trip to London.We didn’t stick the adhesive tab to the phone case we just placed between the phone and the case which still did the job. The strap felt strong and comfortable material. You can adjust it to fit crossbody or shorten it for around the neck.Thought at first the fabric which attached to the clip won’t be strong enough for the phone. But I was surprised it held quite good with the phone hanging around the neck all day.Reasonable price for two. StrapWill definitely use it again at other city breaks and concerts.

Got two so was overjoyed ,Easy to put on phone and didn't effect my usage, but felt safer taking photos on a busy city holiday .
