Terrible to connect & use! No use app.
Instruction manual was poorly translated to english but with rereading, I figured it out.Printer didn't install on my phone when connected to bluetooth (no clue how to install drivers on my phone!)Link that popped up from QR was in a language I didn't know....tired it anyways.Software (Dlabel) required some kind of login that I never registered for and no option to register a new account.Wouldn't accept my phone number even tho it wanted to verify by SMS.When I tried Email, I never received any email verification.Tried a few other apps on google play for android and none of them worked.THIS PRINTER IS NOT USER FRIENDLY.I hope they take this back cause I see at least 3 other EXACT printers like this one for sale at various prices. (PENCHEN, HUIOP $30, $42 & $50)

Drivers
We downloaded the driver mentioned in the description and tried connecting with our POS. The driver files show as incorrect. Please update on driver files???

Not intuitive, APP is 40% in Mandarin.
For $25 - $30 more you can do much better IMO. This is not ideal if you don’t read mandarin as the accompanying app is difficult to understand. Depending on what your needs are it could be good for just text or simple barcode generator but yeah just go a little notch up for better user experience.

DO NOT BUY!!
This product is all in chinese !! Once you press translate to english it doesnt do anything . Very hard to set up and a waste of time . STRAY AWAY

Total junk from instructions to operation. Tried setting it up for few hours not success. Great if you can read Chinese, it's going back!

But android iPhone, or laptop window 11 not when I try to connect Bluetooth
keep coming out Don’t support , when I try to Bluetooth connect it to my iPhone to my android phone to my laptop
