I am very familiar with the Brother thermal printers, we have had 2 of them for years, though they are not the cheapest. So opening the plain brown cardboard box to find this printer, the PM-241-BT, it is supplied with everything you need physically to get started, including some test labels.Inside the feed of the printer is a test label for this printer bearing its serial number and some other information, proves the printer works at least. Also in the box are safety guide and a quick start guide, both clear and easy to read. The printer is powered by a 24V supply, the power adapter and cables are in the box, along a USB-A cable to the printer. Thrown in for good measure is a small USB-C to USB-A converter, which was a pleasant surprise.We received a pink topped printer, it's a sort of baby pink. thoughThankfully the colour doesn't affect the functionality of the printer. On the top of the printer is a sticky label providing information about support, the Quick start guide provides links to where you can download drivers for Mac or Windows, and where to get the printer software which is an extension to the Chrome browser.This printer is the same as the Brother ones, that it automatically detects the size of the labels being used. Thermal printers are never that noisy, this one is no exception, the print quality is also pretty good. If we have an issue with one of the Brother thermal printers, I will definitely consider ordering another one of these as a lower cost replacement. I can't comment on the BlueTooth connection, as I never tried it. I something can be hard wired, that is always my preferred method, the less floating in the ether, the better I like it.

This little printer is ideal for printing labels as it’s so compact. Labels are the main thing I was printing on my large printer, so I’ve been able to put that away and use this instead, freeing up a lot of desk space.If using your phone, like me, you do need to download an app but it’s fairly simple to use. The print quality is decent too.You don’t get many labels (10) so you’ll need to buy more fairly quickly if you print regularly. These probably work out cheaper as per than buying ink though, which is unnecessary for this thermal printer.

This is a very compact and convenient 4x6 label printer , it's perfect for people or businesses that post a lot of parcels and want a compact, quick and easy printer to use with a mobile device.It's compact and portable too , but doesn't take up much room , you can place it on a desk or shelf no problem.It's easy to connect via app and Bluetooth and it's super convenient that you dont have to use ink , it has thermal printing technology to print directly onto 4x6 label printing paper , but you have to make sure you have a good supply of label paper so you don't run out , but in the long term it can prove to be excellent value over purchasing expensive ink replacement, especially if you post a lot of parcels.It can be used for labels and printing other things , not just postal labels, so it is a versatile little machine.It's easy to use , comes with instructions on how to set up and connect, once you are up and running it's a doddle to print and great that it doesn't use ink.

Repeatedly Contacted Customer Support After This Unit/Printer Stopped Working.There Asked Me To Send Video To Show Fault.Did This And Got No Response.Sent More Emails But Continued To Request Same Info And Video.Gave Up In The End.Printer Under Warranty But No Outcome And Left With A Broken Printer To The Value Of £89

A brilliant little thermal printer, perfect for personal or business use.We have already used it a few times for printing our own returns labels, as well as address labels for Christmas cards.It is very easy to set up and to use, the app is simple and quick to create and print labels.The label print quality is great - not quite as sharp as an ink jet printer but definitely suitable for returns labels/barcodes etc.Fantastic, happy to recommend.

Lo he usado una vez y me gusta, tal cual en la descripción me parece de buena calidad, solo que no tengo idea de cómo recargar la tinta el día que se acabe, no encontré instrucciones de eso , lo demás muy bien

Bought this as I was gonna sell my entire games collection, and didn't want to bog down the post office with a mountain of unlabeled packages. Works without issues, printed around 100 4x6 inch labels so far without any issue. Hooks up to my PC through USB with ease and after a driver install its recognized as a normal printer, just had to crop the labels to the correct size and print.
