A good value, and easy-to-take, liquid iodine supplement
Iodine is a very good mineral to take when it comes to balancing your hormones, especially important for women. I have been, happily, taking iodine for over a year now, and have noticed great improvement in my health.I was very happy to try this liquid iodine, instead of tablets I usually take, and this supplement did a great job of replacing them. Only three drops a day, gives me 240mg of iodine, which is a little more than the tablets I have been taking.This is a great value supplement, because of the strength, how easy it is to take, and the fact that the bottle will last me for more than three months.The only slight minus is that it does not also contain selenium. Taking selenium helps with better Absorption of iodine, which is a great way to maximise its benefits. Not a major issue though, I can easily find it in many other tablets.Overall, I am pleased with the high quality of this supplement, its value, and how easy it is to take because of its mild taste and liquid form.

Easy drops for several symptoms
I've taken these Iodine drops with me on our summer holidays that lasted around a month,I get easily stressed out and I am near my menopause.These drops helped me keep it together on many occasions and I was so glad to have them with me.The drops have a sweet, caramel like flavour and are easy to swallow.They are definitely value for money.I am very happy with this product and I gladly recommend it to you.
