When the trolley arrived, it looked great but little did I know what horror's would occur. It was our first trip to the beach with our brand new trolley, everything seemed great until we were leaving. I started wheeling the trolley back up the hill towards the car, the bolt from the wheel dropped off first, then all of a sudden the handle came off, which resulted in the trolley running down the hill and injuring my wife! It then tipped over and damaged many items, causing roughly £50 worth of camping equipment. As soon as we arrived home we packed it back in the original box and returned it using evri pickup service. About a week later I had to contact the seller in regards to getting a refund, even after all the problems the item had caused, the seller was not at all forthcoming about giving our money back. I got in touch with Amazon themselves, who then gave me the refund. Avoid at all cost!

Great sized trolley with big sturdy wheels that allow you to manipulate wonky terrain. Also very easy to fold up.Recommend.

I'd been looking around for a while for a decent, heavy duty trolley for my photo studio equipment. I picked this one because the wheels looked nice and chunky compared with other's I'd seen.The first time out, one of the wheels fell right off. The locking nut that was supposed to hold its axel in place just came right off. I should probably have returned it then but couldn't be bothered so, instead, I bought some spare locking nuts and fixed the problem.A few months later, the pull-handle came right off in my hand causing me to fall over, quite painfully. I bodged the handle to make it servicable for a while longer.Yesterday, one of the wheels fell off again and the pull handle jamed completely. I think it's time to junk the thing.

Lost the wheel nut and wheel on first outing. Contacted the seller and told them what happened and asked if they could do anything to help only to get a reply back that as it is beyond the 30 days refund/return time frame there is nothing they can do. Hadn’t even asked for a refund or replacement. Disappointed as you don’t expect to pay near on £80 for a product to have it fall apart on first use or to have the seller wash their hands of the product and respond with a glib reply. One star given as the system will not allow a no star review of the product.

We ordered this to take on holiday to cart the beach equipment around. The product was not fit for purpose: the handle is too short so it is hard to manoeuvre the trolley; the wheels kept falling off and when attached didn't travel in a straight line and the metal word was dented on arrival. When I contacted the company to request a refund they said as it was outside the 30 day return window they would not issue a refund, even though their product was faulty. Luckily, I contacted Amazon and got a full refund. However, I would avoid this company in the future. Awful products and even worse customer service

This sturdy trolley features metal construction in the places where it counts, making for a very robust carrying experience. Initial setup took about 5 mins and essentially is just taking off the protective bag and pulling the ends outwards. The hard plastic bottom folds easily into place and provides a stable load floor.Moving the cart means extending the T style handle and dragging it behind you. It's OK at doing this, but the handle is too short for me (6'0") which means I have to lean down a little to hold it, and that it's too close to my ankles so I do hit it sometimes. This does need fixing. If you're a tall person, this may not be the cart for you.The wheels turn pretty easily, though do often seem to drag sideways sometimes as they do not turn freely enough. Better bearings needed here? It is a minor issue though, and the wheels are chunky and grippy, and will definitely take a beating. They do have foot pedal locks on them too, which is handy, and they work well.Putting this away after use is easy enough, just remove the load floor and pull the tag in the middle of the bed. The whole thing concertinas very quickly, and then it's just a matter of putting the outer bag over the top. Very easy and quick.Was close to giving 4 stars due to the handle issue, but ultimately I do love this trolley, and it does deserve 5, though as mentioned, taller people may want to look elsewhere.

On 1st appearances it looked really good quality, material and frame really good.On 1st use we discovered that the handle used to pull the trolley was way to short. When pulling the trolley the wheels hit the back of your heels, very painful. Also on 1st use one of the nuts holding the wheels on came off making trolley unusable till we find a new nut to fit. Over all quite disappointed in product.

It's not even a month old and the pull loop on bottom has broken off and the bolt has come off a back wheel and now a front wheel! I bought this to make it easier on my husband to transport his surveying equipment just from home to his van and back. The equipment isn't heavy, but it saves him making more than one trip, especially since I have a dodgy shoulder and have trouble carrying things. But him having to repair it so often makes it not so good.
