Fits our needs
Great product for the cost. We have purchased several packs of these with no issues and delivery was quick. We purchased these for our long-term trauma preps and our personal IFAK's in our home and vehicles. These give you a substantial amount of gauze and the combination makes deployment easier when needed. We believe in having multiple options available and smaller individual kits that meet the situation requirements are better than having to dig through one huge mixed kit especially when carried in a vehicle. In a life-threatening emergency seconds count and rapid deployment of a lifesaving tool is critical. Preparation is a must.On a side note, I have seen negative reviews of this product because of the overall size based on the manufacturers pictures or not fitting in small first aid kits. Remember that these are large bandages and depending on the size of your kit they may or may not fit. The attached photos show the approximate overall size in the packaging. DO NOT assume the manufacturers photos are the actual size of the product. If you have a small first aid kit you may get one of these to fit or if you have a large IFAK/trauma kit, then you may get several to fit. Use common sense when choosing storage options. A basic boo boo kit doesn't require one of these since this type of kit is meant for minor cuts and scrapes. If you have a combination kit or IFAK, then you will likely have a larger storage case. These are designed to work in conjunction with hemostatic agents or by packing a wound then wrapping. Depending on the type of wound these may or may not work alone. Direct firm pressure must be utilized and maintained until flow stops or decreases dramatically.Proper training is KEY when using these or any type of life saving device. Having a trauma kit, IFAK or basic first aid kit is a good thing, but NO training amounts to wasted time and efforts. Having any type of trauma kit based sole on the chance/hope that you may encounter someone else who has the knowledge when needed to me IS NOT worth the gamble of my life or my family's lives. I have encountered too many people with this particular mindset alone with ZERO training.Get proper and consistent training as because the life YOU save just may be YOUR own.

Great general purpose trauma dressing.
Great value for stocking several general first aid kits for car and home. easy to use, decent packaging, and light weight. Made trauma kits for the kids cars. Less training than an Isreali bandage and less money. Hopefully will never use it.

Putting Together A Potable First Aid Kit
Using this to stock a portable First Aid Kit (small EMT bag) that can go to The Office, The Barn, soccer games, picnics-everywhere.I like knowing that if I'm home or out being active, I can send someone to get the First Aid Kit-it's pretty well stocked for all types of emergencies, until medical help arrives, if need be.This Blood Stopper Compress will be a great addition.I hope I never need to use this.

It is a quality product
This fills a hole I had in my first aid kit. I pray I never need it but it will be there if I do. It could make the difference for myself or someone else between living and bleeding out.
