HP 920 Ergonomic Vertical Mouse Wireless Bluetooth 5.3 & USB Dongle, 5 Programmable Buttons, 16 Week Battery, Multi-Device, Multi-OS

I'd been searching for a high-end HP mouse to go with my HP Dragonfly Elite Chromebook. At last I found one with this mouse. It's a premium feeling accessory that glides flawlessly and is super quiet. Worth the price if you're looking for a high-end HP mouse. By the way, for Chromebook users, the Chrome OS mouse settings let you customize the side buttons, including mapping them to any combination of keystrokes that you choose.

This mouse is super lightweight and sturdy. I accidentally dropped it hard one time and it’s still works great. The mouse is comfy and fits my hand size really well (female, 5”5, hand slightly larger than the length of iPhone 13). Also the battery life has to be the best part. I accidentally leave the mouse on almost all the time, and it is still running with the original battery it came with - it’s been almost a year now. 10/10. I will continue to buy this affordable wireless mouse in the future when needed.

This is an excellent mouse! Glides easily and is super silent. This mouse fits my large hand well. A good deal for the money. I've used this mouse each day for many months now and it has performed flawlessly. I recommend it to anyone and will purchase it again.

I like that it didn't immediately crap out like the previous two Logitech Vertical mice that I purchased. This mouse was working great. Ten months in the scroll wheel has pretty much stopped working properly, so that's irritating. I can still force scroll, but it's a real hassle as it's jumpy and annoying. I checked and this mouse is now out of warranty - yay. Other people have reported the same problem, so it's not uncommon and as usual the support folks are useless as they give all kinds of really unhelpful advice to solve what is very obviously a mechanical defect. At least the left click didn't stop working like the Logitech Vertical or just go completely dead like the Logitech Vertical. Would be nice if they could resolve the scroll wheel issue, make it more solid - this thing isn't cheap guys.

3rd UPDATE: I took matters into my own hands and fabricated a steel shaft for the mouse wheel. Now that the thing is near-indestructible I'll never have to worry about a broken shaft again. Except, the internals weren't built for a hardened steel shaft. The wheel is very hard to fit into it's spot without allowing the axle to bend and now the wheel button is damaged from the install. After some more months of use, the button is really starting to go from the wear and tear.What. a. pain.2nd UPDATE: THE MOUSE WHEEL BROKE AGAIN ON THE 2ND MOUSE! In less than a month! I do not recommend!UPDATE: After dealing with Customer Service I'm bumping this down to 1 star. The service is more or less fine, but a warranty replacement is taking 2+ Months to be completed! How does it take 2 months for an off the shelf item to ship out!?Everything about this mouse has been great except the mouse wheel. The shape was narrower than I would have liked when new and I thought pressing on it consistently between work and games would hurt my finger, but I got used to it.Now the issue is the mouse wheel is broken after three months of use. Scrolling up works fine, but when I scroll down it constantly is going up and down. As if the sensor is fighting with itself.My work involves heavy use of CAD and scrolling in and out is a must, and beyond that it affects my everyday internet and gaming use. The mouse is near unusable because of this.
