A Great Office Chair!
This is the perfect chair for someone who is at their desk a lot whether it’s for work or for games. The material is comfy, breathable, and the design is so sleek and compliments any office space! Assembly was relatively easy and I was able to complete it in under an hour. I’m really happy about this purchase and I’d highly recommend this to anyone searching for a high quality desk chair at a fair price :)

Complete garbage
Simple enough to assemble, until you get to the headrest, which comes with a bizarre bent wrench because the bolts are so hard to reach. Still might have been ok, but my bolts would not sink far enough to keep the headrest in its proper place. I actually cut myself trying to tighten them with the ridiculous tool. Beyond that, the seat is hard as a rock and doesn't tilt at all, and the back had 2 adjustments: erect and low rider. This chair is too crummy to cost $250. And they want to charge for return shipping. I'm going through my American Express Card for resolution

Absolutely love this product! All the adjustable features are great because you can really modify the chair to fit your body's needs. I have been noticing that I have so much better posture since using this chair! :) Highly recommend.

Strong chair but week head rest
Only problem is the head rest , the screw placement is hard to reach and no matter how tightly screw them it comes easily.For me the head rest is important for my height

Extremely comfortable and customizable
This chair is the most ergonomic chair I’ve ever seen! Not only extremely comfortable but everything about it is adjustable including the arm and head rest! I highly recommend!!

Customer support was beyond my expectations!
Unfortunately there were some things with this chair that did not work out for me. Reached out to the seller and they have resolved everything in a manner that was beyond my expectations! There are real people behind this product and great customer support!

Good quality, easy installation.
