To hard to cut

Product is fine, the markers work well. However I bought this with the impression the hot knife would give me nice smooth cuts. It did not really work at all. I used an exact knife, which worked, but even with a sharp knife, the foam tore in a few places.

This is a super substandard product. The hot knife provided does not get hot enough to cut through the very thin foam. Even after the phone is cut, it welds back in onto itself. It leaves a finished product looking like a 3-year-old slapped it together! Do not buy this product

The little heat gun cutter thing they gave you with it doesn’t work heats up not much. It takes forever for to actually cut through.

Foam heater cutter was not a good tool to use. Would take too long to cut, ended up burning more than cutting. Plus was too worried to use it with the backing on and didn’t want to take the backing off and have it stick to everything while cutting and to it. Ended up using my hobby knife on second one and it turned out way better and just used the burner to clean up the cut edges.
