Seems to extend battery life
Time will tell. I trickle charge my batteries from time to time to keep them topped off and use this. Seems to be keeping the batteries like new. Desulfating in general does work if not too bad and you give it plenty of time.

So far it’s working
* has been in use for 30 days, I waited to review until I could see results* a very easy install on Club Car with 6-8v batteries* I’m a born sceptic so no big expectations* I use my cart at least 4 days per week* i have seen definite improvement on 4 year old batteries. 2 months ago I was looking at replacing my batteries as my low battery light would come on after playing about 12 holes. It is about 14 miles from my home, around the golf course and back home. The light now comes on momentarily went I stop in my drive before pulling into the garage, I expect this will improve over time.* added bonus is reduced charge time and I gained 1-2 mph when fully charged* 4 stars because I have not used it long term, will update in a few months

Quality product
Upon installing the power pulse, I needed to change out the ring terminals to something smaller. While removing the existing connectors, I noted that they were definitely a quality part. The terminals were crimped, soldered and insulated with color correct shrink tubing. The wiring was double insulated, which you don't see every day. The mounting options are many, I elected to use silicone sealant and attach the power pulse to the plastic battery box. There was a sticker with a serial number on the back, which was removed. The area was cleaned with carb cleaner (will melt the plastic) and then affixed using the silicone. I chose silicone because, no holes needed to be drilled, it's not 100% permanent and silicone has a good affinity for plastics. I did a battery test before attaching the unit and I will do another in the future. This review will be amended when we see how well the unit performs. Being that the company has NSN #'s and the obvious build quality, I have high hopes.

Power Pulse, works for me!
I've owned just about all of the pulse type battery de-sulfators made. I've owned Power Pulse units since the 80's. I use these on pickup trucks, a grading tractor, forklifts, floor scrubbers, and anything that rolls and has a lead acid battery. Since this is not designed for aircraft use, I use a Battery Minder unit specifically designed for charging aircraft batteries. I probably save over $2000 year in battery replacement costs between these. With battery manufacturers making batteries that will barely make the warranty period even though they know how to make a battery that will last, it's easy to justify the expense per vehicle if it doubles your battery life...or more. My experience on large Trojan deep cell batteries is about triple the working life. Passenger and light truck batteries will usually double the working life. Aircraft batteries (which are expensive) three to four times the working life. Do the math...you can afford to drop $30 to $40 per vehicle for one of these PowerPulse units..If you have a non maintenance-free battery (one which you can remove the caps and check the electrolyte) purchase a professional battery hydrometer, and learn how to use it. I use two different ones by Brady Instruments (one for aircraft, one for everything else). These are professional, accurate, USA made quality instruments. Be careful though, these are glass. They do offer replacement parts. No I don't work for them! But in case you couldn't tell, I'm serious about battery maintenance. I know what the battery health is on all of my vehicles, and I'm never surprised with an unexpected failure. The picture I've included is a PowerPulse which is installed on my tractor. This installation saves me about $130 every two years.Update 4/6/2023 I just found a floor scrubber that I had forgotten about for three years that had a power pulse attached to one of the two Trojan (now $1500) batteries. That battery is on it's last leg. The other one is completely unusable. Again, with the cost of batteries these days it pays to use a PowerPulse on your equipment batteries...No I don't work for them.

Without a charger connected, it will eventually drain the battery all the way to zero volts
Compared to the BatteryMinder on board desulfator, this sweeps at a lower frequency and over a narrower frequency range. And unlike the BatteryMinder OBD, it also has no low-voltage cut-off. Ironically, that means that without external power (i.e.: a charger) this unit will eventually drop the battery voltage to the point where sulfation will definitely occur. So, a charger must be connected any time the battery isn't being used regularly (which is a good idea in general). But given the cost of this unit *and* a separate charger, it seems better to buy a BatteryMinder desulfating charger (e.g.: model 1500) instead, for about the same total cost. That means there will be no desulfation while the vehicle is running, but the normal voltage when the engine is running is higher than the point at which sulfation can occur anyway, so having on board desulfation that works when the engine is running but when the engine is off could eventually drain the battery low enough to cause sulfation seems pretty much pointless.

Works wonders!
Ryobi riding mower was 3 years old and the batteries were getting to the point it could barely mow half an acre. Shopping online for replacements, found this. Read reviews and still thought it was a gimmick. Tested mower before installing. It did the front yard and 4 passes on side of the house. Batt. light was red at that point. (Recharge now or have to push mower back to garage) Installed; Did the front, 4 passes and whole side yard and all lights (full charge!) were still on!!!! This was in less than a month. Which exceeds the other reviews I have read. I know this sounds like I am a shill but promise you, I am not. This thing worked incredibly well! Over 100% longer charge.I will update this soon.TL,DR; Worked better than 100% in restoring batteries and now holds charge as it did when brand new!

Now it's blinking!! great job.
Product is good it's made in India no complains. But not so pleased with the delivery service. At first I was excited to know that i will get this item before 8p.m., did not happen. Only to know the next day it was delivered perhaps to the wrong address. Finally I got this product after a few phone calls, not fun at all. Here's my observation: Before installation; 12.65v. battery voltage(before start) and 14.2v.(after start). After installation; 12.66v. battery voltage(before start) and 12.6v.~14.2v(after start) it's auto charging alternator so i think this pulsator is on a mission. I'll update with more result after 2022 winter. Something to keep in mind. When you don't get this item and it says "Delivered" don't panic. Just be prepare to do some phone calls.

Not as expected, looked into and found they don't technically work as stated. Would not recommend

Perfect for batteries that are constantly charged
So good I bought another one!Great for situations where you have a battery that is abused (constantly charged or inconsistently charged). This one sits in my RV house battery bank (inconsistently charged when just parked, then full time charged when using the RV and at powered campsites for weeks on end), batteries are still new and powerful, absorption is great and in 4 years, haven't had to change 1 out yet. Saved $$$ (I'm not sponsored)

Paid for new, got a used one
Arrived with some damage to the battery leads, clearly used. Appears to be working fine. Time will tell if the product lives up to the hype.

Easy to install.
This is a standalone onboard sulfator unit that needs to be install with your battery. It is not a charger and it does not have AC cord to plug to the wall. Undo both (+) red and (-) black (or any metal point on the car) terminal nuts on the battery and secure to it.Easy to install and see the light blinking right away. Now lets hope it does what it claim it does.Update: 21 months, still blinking. Last battery dies after 5 years. To be fair, we do a lot of short trips and need to top up the battery all the times. So, in my case, I didn't get any exceptional life extension out of my last battery. I am counting the clock on battery #2, hope it past 5 years this time.Update 2: recently got a used car with a battery at 650 out of 1000 cranking amps after fully charge. I bought a new one and installed to that old battery. After 3 weeks, it goes up to 950 cranking amps. I am convinced! FYI: I am using a Roswell battery tester to measure CA and CCA.
