Good quality, easy install.
The media could not be loaded. This awning needs to be assembled first and you need to pay attention to the instructions. It's not hard to assemble if you follow the instructions. I recommend watching an assembly/ install video for this item. Plus it's all aluminum so it's lightweight but that's good.We mounted this over a sunroom door. Our sunroom walls are 2 inch aluminum skin with foam in the middle so we did a modified mounting through the wall with stainless steel long bolts, lock nuts and 2 inch fender washers. I recommend getting the side wings. We put on the side wings and didn't need the support arms. This awning is sturdy and stable when mounted. It keeps the steps and door nice and dry in the rain.

I recommend this product !!!
This door canopy is very easy to install, very helpful assembly instructions, took me very little time. The door canopy itself is of good quality, I installed it two years ago and it is still in use, there are no signs of ageing on it, it only collects dirt, which can be easily removed by washing it with a pressure washer or it can also be dry cleaned, quick transaction and without problems, I recommend the product

Directions are spotty
Product looks nice once assembled. Start reading the directions before you take anything out of the box.

Better Than Expected
Put together in about 20 min. Everything lined up properly and fit together easily. I didn't have the clearance to tilt it up to fit in the bracket but was able to slide it in from the side. I put it up myself (very light weight) but a second pair of hands would have made it much easier. Looks good and withstood a few storms one of which had 40 mph winds. I bought the side panels and didn't use the posts.

Flimsier Than the Original
The awning is much flimsier than the one it replaced which lasted near 25 years. Assembly is a nightmare. Trying to get the curved awning into a straight line rail on each side took the longest time, once you assembled the slats of the awning, that is. Some of the easiest holes did not line up. But, it is up and we will see how it fairs in the New England weather. Bet it won't last a quarter of the time the original one did.

Great Awning
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install. Awning provides perfect coverage to shelter you from the rain and roof runoff when standing at a locked door. Well constructed, not flimsy aluminum. Only comes with wood screws so if mounting in concrete, you'll need different mounting hardware

Good metal awning for the money, better than plastic!
It very light weight and easy to hold overhead. Watched a youtube video on how to assemble it. Made it so much easier. I have a storm door. We mounted it high enough to clear it. Does not drag. We have a chain on the storm door to keep it from banging the side supports. The small screws for the arms just tightened against the metal. We get big wind on the south side, so we drilled holes straight through the bracket and poles, then bolted them on. We have had steady gusts 7 up to 10mph. Rain drips down the poles from the gutter. We are gonna put rubber washers around the poles with silicone to stop drips from running all the way to the wall. No leaks in panels. Now I can open storm door window during the rain if it is not a gale wind. Have not had a big thunder storm yet so am not sure how sturdy it is. I hope it can take it.Update: Jan. 2021 we have had storms and over 27 mph winds, 10 sustained and this awning did not budge. Drilling through and the arm supports as others suggested did the job! I also do not need rubber washers to stop the drips. It does drip, but only half way. It does not contact the wall or bracket! Worth every penny!Update 2022 awning is still great. It surived some heavy duty wind and flooding rain storms. It handled 9 inches of snow like a champ. Not warped or discolored. Once again, very happy with it!
