These crinkle cut shredded paper was exactly what I was looking for. I needed these to make my bridesmaid proposal boxes. You just need to "fluff" them up a bit when you take them out of the bag but pulling the strands out and separating them from each other as they can be stuck together as they were cut. Great value for the price and a little goes a long way. I thought I would need a lot but ended up using less than 25% of the bag. Definitely recommended

This seems to be less than good quality paper shreds, but you get what you pay for. The surprise was to find the package, sans any outer packaging ripped open on my front porch. Fortunately it wasn't a windy day, the rip wasn't too big and not too many shreds escaped.
