very good product, keeping cool now

Great product but quite noisy
We were using 2 large tower fans but room was still over 30c.this was great and reduced temp down to 20c in short time,only thing that let it down slightly was its noisy on level 2 and 3,level 1 was bearable at night,also this item didn't come with remote control as stated.overall happy with product

Heap of rubbish broken leaked on my new carpet but no acknowledgement of it customer service crap
Bought this noticed air coming from one side thought it was strange and then went back to it and the side that wasn’t working was leaking water over my new flooring. Advertised at over 80 but said reduced to 47.00 no way I’d it a higher price quality. No remote came with it either. I’ve sent proof of return like they asked and they are ignoring my emails and not paying me my money back very poor show indeed

Worthit if you can't afford a proper air con unit
Its alot better than a fan but not as good as an actual air con unit but I would say for the price it is worthit. Does provide a stream of cool air if you make the water cold enough, however I wouldn't day it really cooled down the room in general and I have a relatively small bedroom but feels cold blowing towards you. The only real drawback is that it's very noisy

NOT REMOTELY CONTROLLED
IT SHOULD BE GIVEN INSTRUCTION LEAFLET WITHOUT MENTION OF A REMTE CONTROL. IT IS MISLEADING AND UTTERLY CONFUSION. IT SHOULD ONLY BE SOLD WITHTHE EMPHASIS ON THAT IT IS ONLY MANUALLY OPERATED.

Excellent product
Lightweight easy to use

Manual version no remote
Instructions very poor this version comes without the remote control. The bottom does not open for the water you pour it in the top and put the cool packs in the top. You have to pour quite a bit of water in before it shows up on the level at the bottom as the minimum level. The left button pumps the water around, the dial switches the fan off an on the right on and off switch changes the direction of the air. Will test out properly how it does in the heat wave next week does seem cooler than a fan at first go. There is a small drain at the back at the bottom to empty the water. Not too noisy but would annoy you if trying to sleep with it on.
