Doesn’t Make Any Difference! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just started to return this product and I missed the window by one day! So after having tried it for the full 30 days, I can tell you that it didn’t make any difference whatsoever. And I should add that I purchased the refill, so that means I’ve actually been using it for over two months. Sure, it feels nice as a moisturizer and so I use it automatically every day just for that reason – it feels good. But in terms of appearance, it did nothing at all. I’m sure that we could get the same nice moisturizing feeling from something that cost way less. My friends who have used retinol for years look incredibly better. I wish I had listened to them back then.

The first bottle of eye cream I got had a completely non-functional pump. The face cream worked fine though, and worked again with the 2nd refill, but my 3rd refill again has an ineffective pump. Still have plenty of lotion left in the packet but almost nothing disperses with the pumps. For such an expensive product this is totally unacceptable.
