You get ONE roll not two as suggested by listing.
Labels are fine and correct size. However, I thought I was going to be receiving 2 rolls of labels for the price shown. The product listing shows a price of $13.99 and ($7.00/count) suggesting that I would get 2 rolls. I did not. Just be aware you are spending $13.99 for 320 labels. If you are fine with that pricing, then the labels themselves are totally fine.

These labels are not blank, they have the UPS logo and printing on the bottom. These are the labels that you can get from UPS for free.
