It helps some, works better than products without minoxidil
Helps with thinning hair, not perfect but better than nothing. Easy to use dropper, I just slowly release a liquid, running the dropper along my scalp. Nice because I don’t touch the product and then accidentally get it on my face where I don’t want hair to grow! Can see some regrowth in my picture.

Don’t buy
This stuff is chemical junk. Dried the crap out of my “balding spot” and it was already thinning out bad as it was. Ended up throwing this out!

Works for me!
Ok so I’ve been using this for almost 3 months. I started out using it twice a day for the first 2-3 weeks. Then I started using it just once a day up until now. The last week and a half, I started noticing the difference. It seems like my hair just hit a growth spurt this past week. Keep using it even if you think you do not see a difference. Everyone is different in their growth journey. Different hair textures grow at different rates. I will buy more soon!!
