I was dealing with a rhoid this week, it was an external and it hurt really bad, to the point I tried everything.Suppositories - preparation H, nothing worked significantly.I bought this product and used it yesterday, within 1 day, I immediately don’t feel any pain at all, and it feels like it’s going away entirely.It could be the magnesium this product contains that works so effectively

Great product. I find that it works better than the more expensive products on the market. Has provided some great relief when the other $10 more expensive product I was using didn't compare. Highly recommend. Very effective. Gives me relief, almost immediate (of course you know that completely numbing it is literally impossible- but it's the best I could find other than prescription). Soothes the skin, doesn't sting like other products can.

****Update*****The sellers contacted me shortly after my first review and were so kind. Since my first tube didn't work they shipped me a new tube and it's definitely different from the first tube- in a good way! The one I had must have been defective. But the sellers were so ready to try and make things right and make me happy and let's be real-they went above and beyond. They also included a lovely handwritten card. I was also given a free sample of their fiber and magnesium gummies and I have to say- this is the first time in atleast a month that I haven't.. exploded most of the morning. Not to mention they taste good and you can actually taste both the strawberry and lemonade!! They also told me they are going to make a Women's line! Sounds exciting! Anyway, I went from really being disappointed with this product to feeling comfortable and happy!! These people really stand behind (ha, behind) their products and I still love what they also stand for too.I bought this because it had lidocaine in it and also states that it shrinks tissue, and because its Veteran owned. I read through the reviews, mostly which were positive, and thought if its doing what it actually claimed then sure I'll bite the overpriced bullet and try it. After several applications Im calling it--COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Not only has there been no numbing(ness) of the product it doesn't shrink. Im not going to go into detail about how much I was counting on those features. For almost $30 I'm just kicking myself that I allowed myself to spend that much and not get the Prep-H which I know would have done what it said it would. The only reason I didn't give it a 1-star is because it's a almost like an ointment/jelly cross, there's no foul odor and washes off easy if I don't have a glove handy. Partly why I don't enjoy Prep-H.

It worked alright I guess. I still had the issue after using the tube, but it was lessened and I was more comfortable for sure. No smell which was good, except who's gonna be smelling my butt anyways lol. Easy to apply, took away the pain, definitely not worth the cost though.

Works Amazing, stuff is magic!

I’ve tried a whole lineup of hemorrhoid products prescriptions over the counter you name it. Nothing worked quite like this miracle cream. I even had my internal hemorrhoids banded ouch and guess what They made a comeback like the worst sequel ever. If you’ve dealt with these little devils you know relief isn’t just nice it’s survival.I don’t know what magic ingredient is in this stuff but it kicks hemorrhoid butt like a champ. Sure it’s a bit pricey but hey so is therapy and this cream definitely saves me from screaming into a pillow. Bonus points for being veteran owned and having marketing that’s actually entertaining. If your bum needs saving this is the superhero you want on the job.

I just recieved it and immediately applied some. It almost instantly relieved the itchiness. I'll write more after I apply it 3 or 4 more times to see if it helps with the swelling.

Wow! This stuff really works! It relieved the intense itching immediately and healed my skin within a day or two. Well worth the money!
