Great scratcher. I put together easy. Cat loved it& claimed it right away

Perfect. Looks nice. I was able to add some color paper to the outside for decoration. Very sturdy. Comes with replacements. I may just get one of those cardboard cutters to continue replacing. Sometimes my cat just likes to sit inside an loaf. Good value.

An immediate hit with our cats! A little messy with the cardboard shrapnel, but worth it - they scratch this instead of the couch behind it. Most of the time. I wish you could buy refills for it. They definitely will wear out one area first.

It looks nice and the quality of the scratching post feels good. I expect it will last a while with regular use. With that said, I have 3 kittens and so far they haven’t shown much interest in using the scratching post. Just a little activity here and there. They have shown more interest in playing with the attached ball, but continue to use my couch to fill their scratching needs. Hopefully that will change in time. I plan to use additional catnip to entice them. I bought 2 scratching posts and placed them on the side of one couch and behind the other.

My cat is picky with scratching posts. Other ones we have gotten for her have gone unused, but she loved this one as soon as I put it together. It just took a sprinkling of the (included) cat nip and she immediately walked over and started using it. It has helped to deter her from scratching the side of our couch. She also just straight up lounges in it. It’s pretty cute.

I love this cat scratcher. I have a larger cat, and this is great for him. We purchased in April 2024 and replaced it in June 2025. It had 4 holes clean through the scratchers, and everyone had a field day with it. When they start making holes in the scratcher, it will really start to shed, but I don't mind. The mess tends to stay right under the scratcher and not go all over the place. I am quite pleased with how long the scratcher lasts for the price! My cats love this thing! I will be purchasing again when this one wears down. This stays together even as the cardboard wears down. It is used every day, multiple times a day by 4 cats. I am quite pleased it lasted a year! I find it very easy to put together, just remember to push the screws well into the cardboard before starting to screw them in, that way they remain straight when screwed in. Very lighweight!

Normally I have been very satisfied with this product. We have 2 cats and have purchased at least 4 of these.However, this order was not up to par. One of the long slats was cracked in half at the end. I was missing a screw and a leg for underneath it. My husband glued & clamped the board & hunted down a screw that would work. I don't have these on wooden floors so I wasn't worried about it not having the leg.I would recommend this product, just watch your pieces closely.

Our adopted declawed older cat (well she adopted us, cat distribution at its best, so no history of why/when she was declawed also, microchipped but they never registered and no collar so no idea where she came from), uses her scratching post on her cat tower to do her scratching. So decided she needed more open space and sure enough, straight out of the box before assembly she was using it! Got it together and she is one happy cat! Didn't even need to use the included catnip. I had bought this before for my daughter's 2 cats (with claws) and they love it too. I would say I would repurchase (maybe for Christmas for daughter again) but since our girl has no claws, it will last a very long time.
