Do these files have teeth as shown in the image, or do they have cheap diamond surfaces without teeth?

The file has typical "cut" file teeth. It is not a diamond file.

Is this file considered a "feather edge"?

I would consider it a feather edge file.

Will this work on a silky saw? Specifically a med tooth Gomboy?

It worked on my Corona saw but you gotta be easy cause it’ll grind it down fast

how thick is this file?

Don't know, I never received the order
