Pan works like a dream. Makes the best eggs and sausages for breakfast sandwiches!! Non stick is perfection and everything flips without a hitch. Excellent purchase.

Perfect size, this is the best thing I have been looking for! I wanted a round egg,and perfect pancakes. I'm happy,with this little gem! No stick, looks great cleans up very easy which is a major plus,thinking of getting another!!

The media could not be loaded. Well made. Works great. Beefy weight. Beautiful wood handle, Thought it was synthetic but description says wood. Its nice speckled gray, not black. Silicone heat indicator works great, red to white color, but looks like its already coming out. I don't care though, its so nice. Used spray canola oil, salt, eggs don't stick, wipes clean. No hard burnt egg edges etc. like on a skillet pan, great taste and consistency. Delicious results for a bonehead camp cook. Planning to use this overlanding and camping on propane or butane camp stoves, not always level so should be perfect. Planning on making easy breakfast sandwiches with buns, cheese, sausage patties on skillet pan. Cant wait to use it on the trail. I feel like I'm cheating. Better, easier, cleaner than the silicone egg rings or poaching rings we've used before. May try easy omelet or pancakes next. Get out there and cook some !!!

Easy to assemble. Cooks eggs evenly. Easy cleanup.

My best Amazon purchase in a while!! Easily cook perfectly sized eggs for egg muffins. Truly a nonstick surface, and the little spatula is the perfect size to help flip the eggs over for even cooking. I’ll even use it to cook just one egg and just center the one cup over the burner.Just used it to make 4 mini Dutch baby pancakes this morning.2 eggs1/3 cup flour1/3 cup milkDash salt.Blend with a fork until smooth. (You could also add a splash of vanilla extract and a sprinkle of cinnamon.)Pre-heat the pan, then reduce heat to medium. Put a tsp butter in each cup, and then pour 1/4-1/3 cup batter into each.I flipped them halfway through, which was a bit messy… I think you could just be patient, watch the heat, and allow them to cook through.

Works really well. I do hand wash it and reseason after each use

Tough getting the eggs flipped over and out of the pan. There is a learning curve for sure.Good quality pan. Let’s see how long it lasts.
