This peanut butter is delicious. It has a pleasant nutty texture. It has an excellent consitancy. Thoroughly recommend

My 5* rating is for the product, not the packing and handling.I bought 2 tubs and it was clear straightaway there had been damage to the top of one of the tubs caused by a side impact, which cracked the edge of the lid. This exposed the contents. 2 things I don’t follow however; nothing had spilt through the crack and there was no outer box damage.It was fortunate that I had an existing tub, 90% empty, so I emptied the tub I had into a small glass dish, and swapped the lids, and it sealed successfully. Can’t say I’m 100% happy with this, but because I appear to have solved the issue, I don’t plan to return the product. Greater care plus 2 or 3 FRAGILE stickers would not go amiss.

For the second time this product has arrived in a poor state, one tub was bashed but not split the other was burst wide open resulting in a large amount of the contents leaking into the box they came in. I rescued & decanted what I could into a large Kilner jar I had. Unfortunately a fair amount of it was lost in the box.Love this product, & get through a fair bit, shame the packaging isn't sturdier!Pics show tub after a rather sticky and messy clean-up.EDIT: Matter resolved by Amazon via their online chat system. Got offered a refund or replacement , no fuss, no drama.

One tub arrived cracked and has leaked into the box. All info online says that this item isn’t eligible for a return or replacement and it’s really difficult to find a solution, but you can chat with the online bot and get a refund as I did. Love the peanut butter, it’s the best and I repeat order this, but the packaging is rubbish.

It looked like the box had been dropped at some point making the tubs smash against one another. Even though the outer packaging looked fine, when opened 1 of the tubs lid had broken. A few pieces of the plastic were actually in the Peanut Butter. Needless to say I had to throw it.

Always a peanut butter fan, this version only uses natural and ethical ingredients and tastes great.Buying the big tubs makes this upmarket brand very good value.It spreads easily without being too gloopy. I love it on toast with marmite, and also use it for breakfast every day in a Joe Wicks smoothie made with milk, banana,coffee and oats. Delicious.
