Best sheet pan I have. Heavy commercial quality, never warps.Not cheap but will last forever.American size is an issue, it barely fits in my oven so check before you buy.And I hope Nordic Ware will introduce a range to suit European ovens.

I loved this baking sheet! however had to send this back as too big to fit into my tiny oven. However it is a solid baking tray and very good quality. Going to buy the smaller version.

Aluminium is best!
Yes, no more cheap enamelled supermarket steel, shedding bits of it's coating all over the kitchen! This aluminium tray is great; a really solid product. If you want to keep it completely stain free when cooking meat, use in conjunction with aluminium foil.

Good baking tray
This was perfect for what I was looking for. Non toxic and large enough for my oven. Can be a bit difficult to clean but you get that with a non stick tray.

Arrived damaged, twice.
Wouldn't bother. Have tried to buy this twice now as the ratings were high but both items sent to me have had deep scratches in, with shavings of aluminium curling up. Not what you'd hope for from such a highly rated product.
