Great Speaker Stands
Just got these speaker stands. Delivered on time. Easy to assemble. Directions were good. Note there are two sets of directions depending on the speaker brackets required. The stands look good. The speakers were sitting on end tables, they sound much better on the stands. The stands fit right up next to the wall.Great stands for these speakers.

Great alternative and more functional than the Bose endorsed product
I bought this because the Bose (only one) recommended option wasn’t going to fit with my room configuration. I didn’t have room between the sectional and the wall to have these free floating/standing poles (aka stands). My floor plan just won’t allow it. So I went to Amazon to take a look on a chance. I found these and they were much better and closer to the option that I needed. Because I was trying to the squeeze the stands between the sectional and the wall, the Bose product with the pole in the center wasn’t going to work unless I wanted to push the couch out a foot. This product with the pole location near the back edge of the base plate was an ideal configuration. The fact that the baseplate was thin and completely flat also was a huge plus so I could slide it in under the edge of the couch and/or the leg of the couch without any issues. (Fyi - the placement of the pole is about 3” from the back of the stand. I’d prefer it closer to the edge still, but this was the best I could find without drilling holes in the wall and trying to hide wires, etc.).When I set up the product, I was actually surprised how heavy the baseplates were. I just assumed they’d be a cheap flat sheet of metal, however they were thin but hefty. The underside was also covered in a felt like material (which was great because I have hardwood floors so that helped to maneuver them without scratching the floor up). Overall they’re pretty simple to put together, just think through where and how you’re going to position them and you might want to turn the base pole to better hide the wires, etc. than the provided instructions. The bracketing system for the speakers themselves are a little rudimentary for the 700 series but they work completely fine and relatively adjustable. It would be ideal if there was a plastic cap to cover the bracket the same as the base pole, but for $100 less than the Bose product, I’ll deal with a few wires and open screws showing, haha. However, to that point, they do market that you get two nice cloths with the order. That was a throwaway point to me when I ordered, but when I read a few articles about the AdaptIQ calibration for the system with the 700 speakers, they actually suggested putting a thin cloth fabric like a cheesecloth over the speaker during the calibration because it will “train” the surround sound speakers to work harder and really fill the room. So, because of the silk-ish scarves they sent with the order, I actually had what I needed to better calibrate the system! (They actually don’t look bad so I’ve kept them there so far).Overall - because of how I had to place the stands due to my room size and configuration, these were the best option for me. The flexibility in positioning because of the height adjustments, flat base, and adaptable parts to work in any position, this was a way more efficient and satisfying purchase than if I bought the supplier option. I strongly recommend this to anyone considering an alternative and more adaptable option to the supplier endorsed product.

Horrible stands
Shoddily made, speakers try to slide off the mounts, and the screws that come with it do not all fit. Instructions not clear. Where the poles screw together were stripped out already so the stand does not stand up straight and cannot move them easy.

Works as expected. Screws may not fit perfectly.
Works for Bose sorround 700 as advised. Sturdy and good quality. No complaint so far.Small quality check: looks like some screws does not fit nicely into the holes, so you need to apply man force to make em fit in. Aside of that, no issues.

Your instructions leave a lot to be desired.😢
There were no specific instructions for mounting our Bose Surround Speakers. After much trial and error, we finally figured out how to mount them. It was very frustrating and initially we thought we had ordered the wrong stands.but, we got them working. Please have someone direct buyers on how to mount the Bose surround sound speakers. These are the 4.5 by 5.5 speaker.
