Not Your Mother's Curl Talk Bond Building Shampoo and Conditioner, 2 Pack

I’ve been really happy with this shampoo and conditioner set. It leaves my curls feeling clean, soft, and hydrated without weighing them down. My hair feels stronger after using it, and I’ve noticed less frizz and better curl definition. The conditioner has great slip, making it much easier to detangle, and both products have a light, fresh citrus jasmine scent that’s not overpowering. A little goes a long way, and my hair feels moisturized without getting greasy. If you have curly, wavy, or coily hair and are looking for a strengthening shampoo and conditioner, this set is definitely worth trying. I would purchase it again.

This is now THE ONLY shampoo/conditioner I will use now. The shampoo: Just a little goes a long way, lathers well but need to use good amount of water for good lathers. The conditioner: Silky, makes my hair feel Amazing- I leave it on for 5+ minutes to let it soak in while I was my face/body. Both products wash out well with no residue and the smell is so good, like I just walked out of the tropics! For the curly girl this may just be your new go to, helps give my hair shine, body and cuts down on the frizzieness to just give me great curls! I feel like my hair is thicker too!

Really great product, & my hairdresser highly recommended this product to me. Eco/animal friendly, no parabend or sulphates to dry my hair our. Easy detangling, smells great without being overpowering, cleans & conditions really well. My hair stays cleaner, longer, too. Good price for a great product. Was happy to get the Shampoo & Conditioner together.

the shampoo has good lather but I didn't see any difference in my curls. the conditioner is like the kind already had, couldn't tell much difference. they were both light weight and the scent wasn't too strong, didn't leave my hair feeling flat so that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Perfect for anyone with curly hair

It really helped my hair. I have wavy hair that can't decide if it wants to be straight or curly. It’s really helped keep my hair from turning into a frizz ball. I use the cream and gel too; it doesn't give you a weird crispy hair texture. I live in a humid environment, and it works great.

I have 2A hair, very thick, dense, fine hair, and I wanted to try the curly girl method to get some wave in there. I bought this because it was highly recommended. I have to say, the shampoo cleansed well and the conditioner smells very light and lovely. I also thought my hair looked shinier than it has in a long time, which was nice. But for the bad news... With hair as dense as mine, I am used to losing some every shower. But when I used this shampoo, I lost at least twice as much as normal, if not more. And it would come out three or four times the amount it normally does when I brushed it. At first I thought it was maybe an adjustment period from using a new and more natural shampoo, but after the third wash, I was still getting massive hair loss. Speaking of brushing, my hair has become so difficult to brush. I have fine hair and never used to have an issue brushing it, but since I started using this shampoo, I struggle to get a brush through it. I also found that, no matter how thoroughly I tried to rinse my hair, I would always find shampoo stuck in there, thickening up in my hair as it dried and I would have to rinse it out again. I also tried to use the conditioner as a leave-in one time, and it left a residue in my hair, though nothing would come away on my hands. It just felt weird to touch. Though this seems like a great product for a lot of women, this shampoo was not for me and it might not be for any other ladies with thick, dense hair like mine.

Love this product and getting both the shampoo and conditioner for a good price was a bonus for me. I have permed and colotrd hair and this product works beautifully.

El producto es bueno, ya he utilizado para mis rizos y todo genial, el problema fue que llegó un poco derramado y no es barato el producto deberían de invertirle un poco al empaque, vienen envueltos en plástico dentro de la bolsa de paquetería, deberían invertir en una caja o carton de protección para el producto para que no se abra en el trayecto del envío.

Ok. I have been looking for products to bring back my curl and nothing , literally nothing worked until I tried not your mother. I don’t want to jinx it because I just started using it and I’m not sure if it will keep doing this AMAZING effect that I’m getting but so far it’s been 2 weeks; I’m in love with their product. My curls are back. I’m praying it continues giving me this nice effect.

Lovely smell for shampoo . Makes your feel Clean more expensive than a high street brand but you get what you pay for
