I like the convenience of using my wireless keyboard and mouse, while being able to see my desktop on the big screen. So far I have not experienced any quality issues. The USB fit is tight, but not overly tight - so I don’t expect anything to break.

My biggest complaint with this is that it only connects in one position, and because the cable is so short, you have to have your laptop right in front of you. If you're attempting to use this to connect to another monitor set up, you'd almost have to work around your laptop. This unfortunately isn't anything like the Surface brand dock.

So. When it works. It works as advertised. I've almost returned it multiple times. Past that now. But the reason I wanted to return it is because 8/10 times I have to reseat it over and over again to get it to function properly. The only reason I didn't, is because something seemingly reliable is 5x as expensive. But don't buy it.
