The cinnamon tea is amazing. The directions say use 8oz of water and brew for 8-10 min. I used like 13oz and I just left the tea bag in there, and oh wow it is so good. The flavor is so rich, it's the perfect after dinner tea.

It's a different taste. Not bitter like I expected. It does help with removing excess water from your system so be careful how much you drink. Removing too much water could have side effects.

This is wonderful tea. Convenient and easy. Helps the digestive system. I got some for my mother who's 77 years old and she drinks it every night now. She loves it

It’s only my second day drinking it, so I don’t know if it’s “detoxing” me yet or not, but I do really like the taste! I put a half tablespoon of honey in it and together it’s delicious and just relaxing. I got it to give my liver a little help after quitting drinking. I’m also on naltrexone and so far I don’t feel any negative interactions.

The cinnamon tea I have tried is the best so far. With its robust cinnamon flavor and absence of bitter spice nasty taste, it delivers just plain cinnamon, exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely buy it again.
