Tamalitoz by Sugarox is the sassy, sweet and tangy hard candy with just the right amount of spicy kick, they are like a fiesta for your taste buds. Made with a mild blend of natural chili power, dehydrated lime juice and sea sait, wrapped in a hard candy casing, and colored with all natural food coloring. Mango flavored hard candy filled with chili lime and sea salt. Our goal when making Tamalitoz is to capture the true taste of Mexico, in the case of our Cucumber Extravaganza, Lip Smacking Mango, and Divine Watermelon our inspiration came from the fruit carts that sell fresh fruit and vegetable sprinkled with chili, lime juice and salt. Take a stroll thru any major city in Mexico and you will encounter these fantastic vendors. We like to think of Tamalitoz as the Untraditional Mexican Style Candy, because we put the chili on the inside, first you will get the sweet taste of the candy and then you will get the heat of the chili.

A Surprisingly Very Good Candy.
I am glad that I got the notification from San Fran Deals that first brought the news of this candy to my attention. I bought the candy Tamalitoz in March 2018. I bought the four pack because I wanted to try all four flavors. They are all very good. You get Divine Watermelon, Cucumber Extravaganza, Lip-Smacking Mango and Tantalizing Tamarind. I love all of the flavors, but I am not a big fan of the Tamarind. It is a flavor that I am not familiar with, but I will eat it from time to time. My favorite is the watermelon with the cucumber coming in a VERY CLOSE SECOND. For me that actually tie. So that puts the mango in second. The chili, lime, and sea salt are put very well together so that they mesh well together. Then when you bite into the candy you get a tiny bit of spiciness with the flavors. It’s good to bit into it after you have sucked on the candy for a little bit. You don’t want to hurt your teeth. I will definitely buy this again and I will definitely buy some for friends and family. The candy lasts for quite a bit so it is worth the price. But when you can get the discount, go for it. It makes it all the better. It doesn’t take a lot of candy to fill you up. Just one or two pieces. And you will be fine.

Fun flavors
eh. I'd get them to impress a special guest. Or for a special meeting at work. But closet candy...Eat them quick, share them with everyone or you will have the granny ball of fused hard candies. Also they all kind of taste the same. Delicious, faint cool flavor, spice inside.

Expensive but worth it! So delicious.
These candies are so addicting. We first tried them at Walgreens and then they stopped carrying them. I wish they were a little more affordable but I love them and so does my son. We argue over who’s going to get to eat which flavors then when they’re gone he can’t stop asking me when I’m going to order more! Yummy high quality candy, tamarindo is my favorite flavor!

Very excting and unique
Very unique and exciting flavors. Ate a whole bag in two days. Addictive and unusual. I love the heat with the salt and lime. They are not too spicy either where you think you might melt. My kid ate half the bag.

Over priced
Only good ones were the cucumber because the rest actually had chili in them. The rest were just pure candies

Crushed candy
I love these candies but they came crushed with an open /broken package. Very disappointing. I won't buy them online again.

Love all the flavors
Love all the flavors. The cucumber is most refreshing. I enjoy all the different flavors. Even though I have a hard time trying to take it slow, I still like the strong flavors when I bite into the candies.
