Just what I ordered

All joint health products contain the same ingredients with slight differences. As I am highly intolerant of any kind of seafood (particularly shellfish) most of these formulas don’t work for me because they contain ground shellfish skeletons. This Nature Health formula does not contain shellfish, according to the label. I use the product because it helps with my knee pain - I don’t believe that anything actually rebuilds cartilage, but at least it helps with my daily pain and it is very reasonably priced compared to a similar product which claimed to be ‘vegan’ and was triple the price.

It's a little bit early to see major results but I do notice gradual improvement day by day. I also like the blend of supplements used in this brand so I definitely will purchase these again .

I replaced several supplements with this combination and it seems to work.

It is a very good product that u used to heal my knee when I fell last year and could not walk up and down the stairs. But lately the newest bottle did taste like rubbing /medicinal alcohol. Why does it taste that way? I decided to use another bottle from another brand. I prefer not to use that other one because one of the main ingredients is tumeric and it causes me to sleep faster. This item historically doesn’t do that and I can continue with my chores without felling tired because it has less tumeric amount than the other one of a different brand.

Caused gastrointestinal distress. Did not relieve hip and knee pain.
