⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for At-Home PT After Surgery
I’m almost a year post-op from Chiari malformation decompression surgery and started using this half-round foam roller as part of my at-home physical therapy. It has been a game changer for improving posture, balance, and relieving upper back and neck tension.The high-density foam is firm and durable but still comfortable to use. I mainly use it for chest openers, calf stretches, and core stability work. These exercises have helped reduce tightness and pressure in my neck and shoulders. Discovered this in physical therapy
They make me do snow angels on this thing in PT. Snow angels feel great! This is a firm half foam but it does the job, hopefully it will soften up over time.
