Product is not working properly first 15days ok after it closing with in a minute

First of all the 2 knobs are missing, so one cannot control the 'Frequency' and the 'Water times'.Next, the timer does not function. So it is of no use. you can only manually start and stop - of no use.Would not recommend to buy.They have now sent us a new pump with the appropriate user manual also. Yet to try it out. Will mention after trying.

The media could not be loaded. The product works as expected. The timer doesn't leak, I've experienced that with other timers with moving valves. The customer service is responsive for any queries and replacements under warranty.

I had bought 4 of these and now only one works. The last maximum 6 months after which the solenoid valves become faulty. Tried to repair it, but no success. The electromagnetism doesn't move the plunger effectively. Not at all reliable.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very good product. Easy to install and its working properly with a proper timer inbuilt. Worth for the money and save time.

Not working after rain, rain water goes inside and stopped working

I bought two of them. Both failed after four months. Simply the Valve is not operating but indications are working. Horrible.
