This was a godsend for a household where one person has hearing limitations, allowing them to have the TV sound "right next to them" and so not having to blast the volume in order to hear. Setup was simple and easy (we used the optical audio method), we were able to have independent audio from both the TV and the speaker, and the 6 hours of battery will be nice if we need to use it for other purposes.

This is a great unit. We have high ceilings which create a cavern-like sound from the TV. Can't hear a lot of the dialogue. I plugged this in and the problem was solved. No issues. Nothing. I now hear 99% of everything being said, even the background conversations and musical notes in the movie. I'm going to have to buy another one as a spare. Best used with a headset....it's even better.

Purchased this as 2nd unit for a TV in another room and maybe to use in the yard for hard hearing. Dad on 12/7 stopped working AM 12/12. This unit was charged with lights, green on the base, and speaker. Moved across the room, and the speaker lights flashed green for about 3-5 mins and turned solid green, but there was no sound. Decided to put the speaker on base, waited again for 3-5 mins for the speaker light to turn solid, and turned it on again with no sound. Finally, after many fustigating hours, I got the sound after changing the TV settings and got it to work. But on 12/12, I turned on the lights flashing on the speaker, and there was no sound. It took a lot of work to set up, with limited directions, no support online, and crickets for troubleshooting problems. By the way, 1st unit purchased 10/2019 is still working. Easy setup: charged base and speaker moved to bedside and sound immediately. Not a happy purchase. Returning and trying the other brand.

I am always asking my husband to turn up the tv. This is a perfect solution - a little pricey, but definitely worth it! Stays charged for days, and I can even carry it to the kitchen with me so I can stay caught up on the show while cooking. Easy to setup too

We needed a solution for my mother’s loud tv at night. This was super easy to set up and sits right next to her on her nightstand and she can hear the sound and understand what they’re saying without having it so loud that rest of the house has to hear it, too. I only wish we’d found it sooner.

It didn't work as advertised. Did not hold charge, maybe I did something wrong. Sent it back, will try another. Sound quality is excellent.

This little device is wonderful, for the first time in years I can hear TV with clarity and my next door neighbors don’t have to hear the same show I’m watching. LOL. This is a a good investment. We love it
