Very nice laptop cannot tell it was refurbished like new. Works great. Perfect size seems durable.

Happy to have found the Amazon Renewed laptops. I've been looking for something with a USB-C Lightening port and a backlit keyboard. Seems to be a rare unicorn unless you want to spend $800+. This Dell Latitude was the perfect option for just under $320 including tax. I wanted this as my personal laptop for the versatility of using my port replicator at my desk and easy portability with a keyboard that self lights. This is a used laptop so there is some wear on the case. I bought a cover for $24 or you can even buy a whole new case if it's an issue with you. Mine didn't come with a smart card reader which to me is just an eyesore anyway. I tested all the ports and they work perfectly. The screen and keyboard are perfect as well. The software is clean and set up without issue. I tested the 42WH battery on startup, installed all the updates, upgraded to Windows 11 and started installing my data and apps. I had 16% battery after 3.5 hours of continuous downloading and installing. If you need an upgraded system, need something for your kids or are a starving student, Amazon Renewed is an excellent option.

I was concerned because of reviews, but have had a great experience so far a few months out. 1 mild hiccup but don't know that it is from a refurbished item. Would take this risk again!

The media could not be loaded. Pretty good so far. It does normal tasks, of course. If it can run wuthering waves, I'd day it's good for most other things. Productivity wise, it's okay too. It's sorta small but that what it says so that's to be expected. So far, it's not noisy and the initial setup was rather simple. Well done

I ordered this laptop on August 16, and less than a month later, the display completely stopped working. It was functioning fine at first, then suddenly shut off during a coding session and hasn't turned back on since. Now the laptop overheats when I turn it on and there no display only the keyboard light. This laptop is not reliable. Would not recommend.

Advertised as a touchscreeen laptop but wasn't. Just set it up so can't give a full review. Something of note: if you are adverse to textures then this computer is not for you, even the keypad has a weird texture.
