Element: Yoga For Stress Relief And Flexibility

Absolutely not for beginners! Bought for my husband who really struggled. I thought he was being dramatic so had a go myself. I have yoga and Pilates experience but still found it too advanced. Didn't show what you should look like when a beginner with less flexibility, just goes straight in to being bent in half in the first pose!

Really enjoy working out to this.Has helped with the steps I'm taking to calm my vertigo. The only move I won't do is the very last one, its a 'cranium' or rolling your head on the floor. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Some lovely poses here - but why oh why do the teachers have to speak so quickly? This is not the only DVD that I have bought and found them speaking so fast - hence the 3 stars

Use it to help stretch my muscles after hip surgery,

Like all Element DVDs, that I've seen, this well thought out and instructed. Two 30 minute programmes.

Another great exercise DVD from the Element series. There are two workouts. Once is an active workout which works the muscles. The other is more relaxing and aimed at stretching and toning the whole body. Its good to do both in one session to get the full benefits.

Elements is a fantastic way to cover and learn all aspects of yoga for a beginner like me. presentation and instruction is really easy to follow.

Good value
